We bought this two tier step with a left hand D rail to make it easier for my wife to step into the caravan. It is solid and well built. Had a slight issue with the hand rail as it did not clamp properly. Not a problem for the staff at Avonstar, they responded with a solution to my email withing 24 hours and the replacement part was delivered the following day.

This is reason I buy British, excellent customer service.
