“ On July 3rd 2023 I purchased the “Grippy Mini Steps” (extra wide) from Avonstar Trading co.ltd. The order was delivered the next day after I placed the order, the distance from their premises in Birmingham to my location on the lsle of Wight not seen as a problem, as so many other companies find the Isle of Wight difficult to deliver to.
Being disabled they listened very carefully to my requirements with huge empathy and understanding.
The quality of the Steps they have manufactured in their premises in Birmingham are superb, and of the highest standards and provided a low step facility, which many of us now need. As they are used to enter my campervan, they have to be stable, safe and strong and they most certainly are. I can see why this company are accredited as “Master Craftsmen”
I totally recommend this Company. It was a pleasure to order from them, their Customer Care is of the highest standard, placing their customers’ needs as their main priority. I wish other companies would operate like “Avonstar” but they don’t.”
